Crazy Man's Basement began in 1999 as an opportunity for two friends, and fellow high school teachers, to spend their free time writing, playing and recording live music together in the basement of their high school. "Real. Roots. Rock." was born in the form of an acoustic guitar and vocal duo.

With the addition of bass and drums in 2002, Crazy Man's Basement has since developed into a highly successful and popular rock quartet featuring both acoustic and electric styles and quickly gaining notoriety in and around Milwaukee, WI and on the internet. interactive sets of their own original songs and select covers of influential bands such as Coldplay, The Fray, U2 and the Dave Matthews Band for its constantly growing legion of loyal fans.
