Beer & Music Festival overview

The Lake Country Beer and Music Festival is a charitable event hosted by Lake Country Foundation and Lake Country Rotary and is scheduled for June 27, 28 and 29th, 2008 in Hartland Wisconsin's scenic Nixon Park. The proceeds will benefit numerous local and international humanitarian and environmental projects. In the last two years, Lake Country Rotary and Lake Country Foundation has gifted over $200,000 of support and is committed to continue the effort.

The Lake Country Beer and Music Festival is an outdoor festival scheduled to incorporate a Friday evening Meet the Brewers & Cheesemakers Party featuring The Squezettes on stage and a chance to meet some of the brewers. Saturday afternoon's Exteme Beer Tasting from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. on June 28th will featuring over 150 great beers from around the planet and the music of the Brew Haus Polka Kings. Saturday night the fun continues with Rock n Roll from Alter Ego and Hartland’s fireworks at dusk. The Festival will serve multiple world class craft draft beers Friday, Saturday and Sunday and have booked live music. On Sunday the traditional Hartland Parade will end at the festival grounds in Nixon Park and the Festival continues until dusk.

We are asking for your financial support as a potential event sponsor.

As a GRAND CRU sponsor ($2,000) you will receive four tickets to the Meet the Brewers & Cheesemakers Party and the Extreme Beer Tasting event, recognition on our event posters, lawn signs and web site recognition and link to your business.
As a CONNOISSEUR sponsor ($1,000) you will receive four tickets to the Extreme Beer Tasting event, recognition on our lawn signs and web site recognition and link to your business.
The AFICIONADO sponsor ($500) will receive two tickets to the Extreme Beer Tasting event and recognition on our web site with a link to your business.
We are also offering BARREL sponsorships ($150) to purchase one of the world’s best barrels of beer on tap at the festival. You will receive recognition on our web site with a link to your company’s web site as well.

We hope that this charitable event for the Lake Country Rotary Club will benefit both local recipients as well as our corporate sponsors.

Brewer Information... Why your beer (and you!) should be here

We invite you to participate and ask for your support. There are three avenues we hope you will consider.

First, is you! While we are beer enthusiasts, nobody knows your beer, brewery history and culture better than you. We would ask that a representative from your brewery attend our Friday evening Meet the Brewers & Cheesemakers Party and serve your product at the Extreme Beer Tasting event on June 28th.
Second is for you to discuss the tasting event with your vendor regarding assistance with promotional products that we might raffle or give to the Festival patrons and sponsors.
The last request is for your brewery to consider pulling a retired or limited production barrel we could purchase and put on tap for the Festival. Our goal would be to deliver a world class draught beer selection for the Festival.

As you consider our request, we would also like to let you know that "Lake Country" has a high density of lakes and with many fine restaurants, taverns, and retailers as well as excellent golf courses, boating and fishing. Milwaukee Summerfest will be in full swing and is a world renowned event. So stay for a few days to enjoy the Festival, amenities and work the market with your vendor.
